You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase and return authorization number.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Processing Your Return
